Water wells, drilled right the first time.

New wells, deepenings of failing wells, and proper casing on every job — mud rotary or cable tool, depending on what the ground calls for. We've drilled just about every formation Northern Nevada has since 1958.

The Work Itself

It's not about reaching water fastest.

It's about reaching the right water at the right depth, with the right casing, in a way that'll still be producing decades from now. Most wells we drill in Northern Nevada hit producing aquifers between 100 and 600 feet.

That local read on the ground is why people call us — we've drilled Galena's fractured rock, the valley floor, and the high desert, and we case, screen, and grout every well to Nevada code.

  • New residential, agricultural & irrigation wells
  • Deepenings when a working well's production drops
  • Proper casing diameter, screen placement & grouting
  • Initial well development & flow testing
Scope of Work

What’s included.

No surprises — here’s what the job covers.

  • New well drilling — residential, agricultural & irrigation
  • Well deepenings for failing or low-producing wells
  • Casing installation in the right diameter & material
  • Screen placement for the producing formation
  • Annular grouting per Nevada well-construction code
  • Initial well development & flow testing

Trusted across Northern Nevada.

We had our well deepened in Galena. Tom came highly recommended from multiple people, and was always reachable by phone during what turned out to be a difficult deepening a lesser crew would have given up on.

Good Questions

Answered, straight.

How deep will my well need to be?
Most wells we drill in Northern Nevada hit producing aquifers between 100 and 600 feet, depending on your location. The Carson Valley, high desert, and Galena/Genoa fractured rock each behave differently — we plan depth around your specific site, not a guess.
Can you guarantee you'll hit water?
Drilling is exploration — no honest driller can guarantee the exact quantity, quality, or depth of water at a given site. What we can do is give you the best chance with sixty-plus years of local experience and a straight assessment. More here.
My old well's production dropped — can it be deepened?
Often, yes. Deepening can restore production for a fraction of a new well's cost. We'll evaluate the casing and formation and tell you honestly whether deepening or a new well is the better call.
Do I need a permit or water rights?
Well drilling in Nevada is regulated, and you're responsible for the legal right to drill on your property. We drill to Nevada code and file the required well logs. We're glad to walk you through what your project needs.
