Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Nevada Contractor License #46498A and California Contractor License #912877. We're bonded in both states and carry workers' comp and general liability. Proof is available on request before any work begins.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, with no obligation. We come out, look at the property, talk through what you need, and write you a clear number.

How long does drilling a new well take?
Usually 1–3 days of actual drilling depending on depth and what we hit. From signing the contract to running water, plan on 2–6 weeks once permits and scheduling are accounted for.
How deep will my well be?
Most Northern Nevada wells hit producing aquifers between 100 and 600 feet, depending on location. We plan depth around your specific site, not a guess.
Can my old well be deepened?
Often, yes — deepening can restore production for a fraction of a new well's cost. We'll evaluate the casing and formation and tell you honestly which makes sense.

How long should a pump last?
A properly-sized submersible pump in a clean well should last 15–25 years. Pumps that fail early are almost always sized wrong for the well's actual draw.
How do I know my pressure tank is failing?
Rapid pressure cycling, the pump kicking on every time you draw water, water hammer, or visible rust. A failed bladder is the most common cause.
